Meet Reed

Reed started R. Tomlinson Consulting after leaving his fifth startup. With almost fifteen years of experience building and scaling teams, products, and processes he has developed an intricate knowledge of software engineering and management.

From ideation to achieving global scale, he has broad experience in the challenges of high-growth, early-stage companies as well as established businesses launching new products or updating their processes.

In addition to his management experience, he is a domain expert in cloud migrations, SaaS strategy, M&A, API development, and organizational change management. Reed has participated in more than 45 successful acquisitions, either in technical due diligence or post-acquisition integration, and studied M&A strategy in an executive education program at Wharton Business School.
